Tiffany is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who specialises in the dietary management of gastrointestinal disorders including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome and malabsorptive conditions. She passionate in utilising therapeutic diets to improve gut function, troublesome symptoms, health & well-being and quality of life. Tiffany sees adolescent and adult clients.
Tiffany completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University in 2010 and has since worked across a variety of public sector hospitals in Adelaide. She currently holds a Senior Dietitian position at Flinders Medical Centre and specialises in nutrition in the intensive care setting, gastroenterology and enteral feeding. She also has extensive experience in working with oncology, gastrointestinal surgery and pancreatic disease patients.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Tiffany is the lead Dietitian at Flinders Medical Centre caring for patient with Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis. She works closely with Gastroenterologists in using exclusive enteral nutrition to induce remission or as a bridge to other medical therapies. She keeps up to date with clinical research and has experience in prescribing the Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED).
Intestinal failure, short gut syndrome and nutrient malabsorption
Tiffany is part of the Nutrition support team of the Statewide Home Parenteral Nutrition Service and has extensive experience in managing malabsorptive conditions associated with bowel resections, short gut syndrome, fistulas and high output stomas. This includes managing nutritional deficiencies and optimising dietary intake.
Functional gastrointestinal & motility disorders
Tiffany has a broad experience in a range of gastrointestinal disorders and the use of therapeutic diets in their management. This includes the Low FODMAP diet for irritable bowel syndrome, fibre and protein manipulation for altered bowel habits, gluten free diets for Coeliac disease and providing nutrition support and advice for the management of gastroparesis.
Oncology and Enteral feeding
Tiffany has worked with patients undergoing a variety of oncology treatments for gastrointestinal, pancreatic and head and neck cancers. This includes providing nutrition support and enteral feeding advice to optimise nutrition both pre and post treatment.

Tiffany is a self proclaimed foodie and loves trying new restaurants and experimenting with recipes in her free time…that is when she is not chasing after her two young kids and black Labrador.
